Associate, Corporate Development
The person in this position will be responsible for assisting the senior management of the company market to and deal with information requests from the global institutional investment community. This may include understanding the complete business from the operational and strategic level, gathering and compiling business and financial metrics for use in quarterly earnings calls and throughout the quarter in regular discussions with investors, assisting senior management with the drafting of presentation materials for external investor relations meetings, annual reports and factbooks, and assisting as needed with quarterly earnings activities and road shows.
Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or related field. Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably within related functions or comparable experience. Must be able to work effectively with senior management on a routine basis. The applicant needs strong analytical, writing, communication and organizational skills as well as financial analysis capabilities. Ability to work under time constraints. Must understand financial statements. Excel and PowerPoint competency is mandatory. Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese/English) including the ability to read and write is needed. Cantonese a plus.
